Role Overview:

The Property Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing SRC Property Management Ltd operations and growth in the Highlands. This position involves not only overseeing the day-to-day management of our holiday properties but also contributing to the strategic direction of the company. You will be responsible for creating and implementing a new strategic plan aimed at expanding our business, improving operations, and enhancing guest satisfaction across your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive business growth, optimize operations, and expand the company’s property portfolio within the Highlands.
Property Management:Ensure all properties under your management are maintained to the highest standards, providing guests with exceptional short-let experiences.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Guest Experience:Oversee guest relations, ensuring any issues are addressed swiftly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and positive reviews.
Market Expansion:Identify new market opportunities and potential properties for expansion within the Highlands, working closely with the acquisitions team.
Budget Management:Develop and manage budgets for property operations, ensuring financial efficiency while achieving business objectives.
Reporting and Analytics:Regularly analyze operational performance, guest feedback, and financial metrics to inform strategic decisions and report to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in property management, preferably within the holiday or short-let rental sector.
– Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams.
– Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and operational improvement.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of property regulations and compliance, especially within the short-let market.
– Financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial planning.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
– A valid driving license is advantage for this role as it may require regular travel between properties across the Highlands.
